Easy, delicious, and beautiful. This classic chocolate cake is a family favorite. In this consecutive 2-night course you will create an impressive round poured chocolate cake that compares to any you would buy at high-end bakeries.
All skill levels are welcome. All supplies are included.
1st night, 7pm-8:30 pm
Make icing/filling. Assemble and frost your round cake
Smooth your cake. Place cake in our refrigerator to chill overnight.
Make a few bumpy cupcakes / high top cupcakes to take home that evening!
2nd night 7pm-8:30 pm
Prepare chocolate and equipment you will use to pour.
Make chocolate covered strawberries.
Pour your chocolate cake!!!!
Decorate and take it home with all the recipes.
