Easy, delicious, and beautiful. This classic chocolate cake is a family favorite. In this consecutive 2-night course you will create an impressive round poured chocolate cake that compares to any you would buy at high-end bakeries.

All skill levels are welcome. All supplies are included.

1st night, 7pm-8:30 pm

  • Make icing/filling. Assemble and frost your round cake
  • Smooth your cake. Place cake in our refrigerator to chill overnight.
  • Make a few bumpy cupcakes / high top cupcakes to take home that evening!

2nd night 7pm-8:30 pm

  • Prepare chocolate and equipment you will use to pour.
  • Pour your chocolate cake!!!!
  • Decorate and take it home with all the recipes.

Royal Icing Consistency Hands-on Class

Students will make a recipe of royal icing and thin it into 4 different consistencies,which are stiff, pipping, medium consistency and flood. You will learn to properly fill and cut a tip-less pastry bag along with practicing techniques on a practice sheet. This hands-on class is filled with many tricks of the trade and focuses on your royal icing consistency. It will put you on the right track to creating beautiful cookies!

Easter Cookie Decorating Class

Join us for an evening of fun and education. This hands-on class will teach the basic skills of cookie decorating. Students will learn about cookie dough, Royal icing consistency, flooding, stencils and more. A super fun class in a relaxed environment!
