Royal Icing Consistency Hands-on Class
Students will make a recipe of royal icing and thin it into 4 different consistencies,which are stiff, pipping, medium consistency and flood. You will learn to properly fill and cut a tip-less pastry bag along with practicing techniques on a practice sheet. This hands-on class is filled with many tricks of the trade and focuses on your royal icing consistency. It will put you on the right track to creating beautiful cookies!

Easter Cookie Decorating Class
Join us for an evening of fun and education. This hands-on class will teach the basic skills of cookie decorating. Students will learn about cookie dough, Royal icing consistency, flooding, stencils and more. A super fun class in a relaxed environment!
