KIDS CAKE WORKSHP

Spend the afternoon creating your own unique cake.  Students will assemble, frost and smooth a cake.  Then decorate using tips, bags and finishing with an Edible Image. A SUPER FUN WORKSHOP!

MACARONS

Making Macarons is not hard, but it does take a little more technical finesse.  This class of only 8 students is designed to give very personalized, HANDS-ON ATTENTION.  Two students will work together as a team to create an irresistible batch of macarons and you will take home an assorted box of these TRENDY CLASSIC TREATS.

Prepare and bring 1 batch of practice icing using sweetex

Class 1:

Supplies: tip#2, lily nail set, 1 bag royal icing

Class 2:

Supplies: tip 48, tip 88 , dummy cake set-up (6” round dummy on 10” round board wrapped with contact paper. Miles will prepare for you)

Class 3:

Supplies :Tip 070 (ruffle tip), 4oz of fondant (any color appropriate for a rose)

Class 4:
