This is the class for you!!!!!

This course teaches how to smooth a cake, borders, flowers, figure piping and much more.

Join us for this 5-session class of Education and Fun.

INSTRUCTOR: Christina

Bring Scissors & Tweezers and ¼” food grade brush (brush available for purchase at Miles)

A “Fun” Hands-On class.  Students will decorate several cookies and learn easy techniques for creating beautiful cookie designs with royal icing. Then box them for a finished look.

No experience necessary, cookies and royal icing are provided.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries For Your Valentine……(Workshop)

Strawberries are attached to a stick, you will dip them in chocolate and roll them in your choice

A Creepy version of our classic candy class with a Halloween twist! Kids will create a variety of chocolate confections like 3-D Skeleton, popcorn Monster Hand, forked eyeballs, funny bones, witches’ knuckles and more delicious creepy treats.

 

EACH SESSION IS 1 ½ HOURS, Ages 4 and up (ADULT MUST BE PRESENT WITH CHILDREN 4-7 YEARS OLD).

This Chocolate Adventure begins with a chocolate tasting, where you will learn about the different qualities of Pure Chocolate & Confectionary Coating. One highlight of this class is learning to create a poured chocolate cake

 

(bumpy cake) that will compete with any high-end bakery.  This demonstration also shows advanced chocolate skills such as a bow made of chocolate, creating a chocolate tower to hold an elegant dessert.  Easy chocolate mousse cups, a variety of chocolate curls and more.  If you have a passion for chocolate this is the class for you!!

SPEND AN EVENING with us learning to make European Style Truffles using our perfected Ganache recipe.

 

You will enjoy a truffle tasting of 7 different flavors, liquored as well as non-liquors. Truffles are easy to make and a perfect gift.  Our Demonstrations are always fun, informative and a great night out!

Advanced Cake Decorating Class Outline & Supplies

Bring all supplies from beginner cake class

Prepare and bring 1 batch of practice icing using sweetex

Class 1:

Supplies: tip#2, lily nail set, 1 bag royal icing

Class 2:

Supplies: tip 48, tip 88 , dummy cake set-up (6” round dummy on 10” round board wrapped with contact paper. Miles will prepare for you)

Class 3:

Supplies :Tip 070 (ruffle tip), 4oz of fondant (any color appropriate for a rose)

Class 4:

Students will bring in a cake(s) to stack and decorate. Details to follow.
