EASTER CANDY DEMO

This classic candy demo is perfect for the beginner candy maker. During this demo you will learn how to melt chocolate, work with molds, popcorn, caramel pretzels and other candy making techniques. Learn the secrets of crating solid and hollow chocolate bunnies, filled candies, marshmallow kabobs, chocolate deviled eggs and much more.

MACARONS- MOTHER DAUGHTER

May 8, Wednesday -       Fee $ 59.00 Per Student           7:00pm to 9:30pm  1 Session Hands On

(Minimum age 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult)

Making Macarons is not hard, but it does take a little more technical finesse.  This class of only 8 students is designed to give very personalized, HANDS-ON ATTENTION.  Two students will work together as a team to create an irresistible batch of macarons and you will take home an assorted box of these TRENDY CLASSIC TREATS.

MOMMY & ME UNICORN CAKE

Ages 8 and up         No experience necessary

Supplies Needed: 1M Tip and Metal straight edge smoother Available at Miles

Class includes: baked cake, icing, cake drum, fondant horn & ears and Fun!!

Spend the afternoon icing and decorating a Magical Unicorn Cake.  Complete with a Golden Horn and Colorful Mane.  YOUR CAKE WILL AMAZE ANY UNICORN LOVER.

Great class to learn the basics on how to ice a cake.

A “Fun” Hands-On class. Students will decorate several cookies and learn easy techniques for creating beautiful cookie designs with royal icing. Then box them for a finished look.

Advanced Cake Decorating Class Outline & Supplies

Bring all supplies from beginner cake class

Prepare and bring 1 batch of practice icing using sweetex

Class 1:

Supplies: tip#2, lily nail set, 1 bag royal icing

Class 2:

Supplies: tip 48, tip 88 , dummy cake set-up (6” round dummy on 10” round board wrapped with contact paper. Miles will prepare for you)

Class 3:

Supplies :Tip 070 (ruffle tip), 4oz of fondant (any color appropriate for a rose)

Class 4:

Students will bring in a cake(s) to stack and decorate. Details to follow.

Things you need to know to register:

Call (586) 783-9252 or come into the store to register. The only way to guarantee a space in class is to pay in full at time of Registration, No exceptions.

For Adult Classes; Minimum age 14; fees do apply.

TO GET A REFUND OR CREDIT for cancellations you must contact us during business hours, 48 hours prior to class date. This gives us 48 hours to contact people on our waiting list. Classes start promptly at scheduled start time. Students must purchase or gather all necessary supplies PRIOR to start of class.

Doors open at 6:45PM for Evening Classes. Class Class Specials are only valid the evening of that class.
